The Green & Whites overcame horrendous elements and a game Cardiff side to keep themselves in a excellent position for promotion with an eleventh straight league victory as the season draws to an exciting conclusion.

In the first half, a huge storm hit the game with a mixture of rain, hail and snow. Tillery perhaps tried to play too much open rugby in such difficult conditions and their only reward was a converted Lee Meredith try which proved the difference between the sides at the break.

H-T: 13 -6

After the interval, Tillery wisely changed tack and played for position and possession, the pack dominating totally. Six converted tries underlined home dominance and ensured a bonus point that boosts the  Green & Whites' promotion hopes.
